Tuition includes continental breakfast, beverage breaks, luncheons, product manuals and lecture notes. Checks (made payable to AMETEK) or other form of authorized commitment to cover fees should be forwarded immediately to the above address, together with this application.
Applicants may cancel up to ten days before the start of the course for a full refund. Cancellations received later than ten days prior to the start of the course are subject to a $100.00 service charge. Applicants who have not cancelled reservations by two working days prior to the start of the course are subject to the entire tuition fee. |
